Device description
The two-chamber melting furnace can effectively recycle coated and oil-containing bales, aluminum chips, fragments, lump waste, scrap profiles, and other materials. Equipped with an advanced centralized regenerative heat exchange system (CCR), a forced-convection flue gas circulation system, and a full-regenerative combustion system, it efficiently removes dioxins, achieves ultra-low oxidation loss, significantly reduces fuel consumption, and minimizes NOx emissions.

Dedicated feeding vehicles enable rapid, large-tonnage material feeding while effectively preventing smoke and gas from escaping.
The full-size furnace mouth and furnace door completely prevent damage to the refractory materials at the furnace mouth during charging, slag removal, and furnace cleaning operations.
