Rotary Aluminum Slag Cooler (Ash Stirrer)

The rotary aluminum slag cooler is used to recover some of the liquid metallic aluminum from hot aluminum slag, while simultaneously crushing and cooling the remaining solid aluminum slag, making it easier to collect, transport, process, or utilize in a centralized manner. The residue can then be further refined in a tilting rotary aluminum melting furnace to reduce its aluminum content to zero.

Oxygen-fuel combustion tilting rotary furnace

The oxygen-fuel combustion tilting rotary furnace is a key piece of equipment in the recycled aluminum recovery industry. It can efficiently recover metallic aluminum from various aluminum products—including aluminum cakes, aluminum ingots, aluminum billets, aluminum chips, aluminum dross, beverage cans, scrap heads, waste profiles, crushed materials, and baled blocks—reducing the aluminum content in these materials to zero.

The high-precision, cross-section, circulating, horizontal quenching furnace is primarily used for solution treatment and aging of high-end aluminum alloy materials in the aerospace and transportation industries. Designed and manufactured according to AMS2750E Class I furnace standards, this furnace delivers heat treatment performance and product quality that have reached domestically advanced levels.

Aluminum Electrolytic Cell High-Temperature Flue Gas Roasting System

The high-temperature flue gas roasting system for aluminum electrolytic cells is a critical piece of equipment used for the roasting and startup of overhauled cells, new cells, cells undergoing secondary startup, refined-aluminum cells, and specially shaped cathode cells.

Bag Preheating and Baking System

The ladle preheating and baking system is a critical piece of equipment used to preheat aluminum ladles before they are filled with molten aluminum. This highly integrated, intelligent, automated system enables uniform, automated baking of the lining inside the aluminum ladle.
