Rotary Aluminum Slag Cooler (Ash Stirrer)
The rotary aluminum slag cooler is used to recover some of the liquid metallic aluminum from hot aluminum slag, while simultaneously crushing and cooling the remaining solid aluminum slag, making it easier to collect, transport, process, or utilize in a centralized manner. The residue can then be further refined in a tilting rotary aluminum melting furnace to reduce its aluminum content to zero.

Seals, including bearings, are maintenance-free. The independently sealed bearing is paired with a heavy-duty cast steel bearing housing, extending the service life by a factor of five.
The dust removal pipeline system is calculated and verified using Fluent’s high-precision fluid simulation technology, ensuring that operational cleanliness is consistently maintained at an excellent level.
