  Long-burning flame, external ignition, dual-flame monitoring, leak detection, and safe venting—making the combustion system even safer!

  The pure-oxygen combustion system eliminates the need for auxiliary blowers and flue gas exhaust fans, significantly reducing electricity costs.

  The flue gas volume from pure-oxygen combustion is 30% of that from conventional combustion, resulting in lower investment and operating costs for dust removal equipment.

  Furnace body Toledo weighing system and material car Gicam weighing system provide real-time feedback of weighing information.
  Full-size independent furnace door and slag-skimming baffle, labyrinth-type annular seal with pressurization and release functions, offering excellent sealing performance and long service life.

  The long-distance remote-controlled intelligent lifting feeding cart features convenient operation and high safety. Its power supply system uses either a cable reel or rail-based power supply, thus avoiding any interference with the working space.

  The furnace body and load-bearing tilting support structure, based on finite element analysis, can withstand high-impact loads and thermal stresses, with a steel structure lifespan of ≥15 years.

  Independently designed full-size dust collection hood that effectively prevents smoke and gas from escaping, safeguarding the workshop environment without causing any damage.

  Intelligent data acquisition and monitoring system, operating safely and reliably under full-load conditions of the equipment;

  Cartridge dust removal system—using hydrated lime + flat filter bags + activated carbon adsorption—to meet environmental protection requirements.

  Requires fewer operators than traditional aluminum melting furnaces, thereby reducing labor costs.

Aluminum Dross Harmless Treatment Process Flow

  Aluminum ash is subjected to high-temperature calcination, converting hazardous waste into solid waste.

  Conversion process implementation: fluorine fixation (CaF2), nitrogen removal (N2, NOx), and hydrogen removal;

  The powder obtained after calcination can be used as a raw material for refractory materials, water purifiers, slag-removal agents, and more.
