   Technical Parameters

Energy medium: Heating by a dead-zone-free annular electric heater

Furnace body length: 10m–16m, non-standard customization supported.

Loading weight: 5 tons, excluding the material frame (taking a 16-meter horizontal quenching furnace as an example).

  Temperature uniformity: ≤ ±3 ℃

  Control system accuracy: ≤ ±1.1 ℃

Feeding method: Feeding via a mobile feeding cart; horizontal lifting of material frames.

 Horizontal quenching furnace

   Device characteristics

An internationally advanced multi-zone cross-sectional circulating flue gas diversion structure, featuring superior airflow and temperature distributions.

The heating time is 1-2 hours shorter than that of a vertical quenching furnace.

The feeding cart delivers materials, and the material frame is lifted horizontally, ensuring efficient and safe material addition.

The cost of the plant and civil engineering is more than 50% lower than that of a vertical quenching furnace.

The footprint is more than 50% smaller than that of a vertical quenching furnace.

The equipment investment cost is 30% lower than that of a vertical quenching furnace.

The equipment’s operation, maintenance, and safety performance are superior to those of vertical quenching furnaces.
